Goodwyn Mills Cawood adds engineering project manager in Charleston
October 6, 2023Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) is pleased to welcome project manager Earl DuPriest in Charleston, South Carolina. He brings valuable experience to GMC’s engineering team, having worked for one of the largest utilities in South Carolina, as well as having extensive experience in asset management.
DuPriest has over 25 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry and has been involved in the construction of hundreds of miles of water and wastewater pipelines and numerous wastewater pump stations. He has 20 years of demonstrated project management experience delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects and programs, in addition to civil engineering design and permitting for similar project types.
In addition, DuPriest has seven years of international experience as a professional engineer (CPEng and RPEQ) in all the states and surrounding territories of Australia. While in Australia, he worked for one of the largest utilities managing some of the most complex water and wastewater renewal projects and programs. While there, he was educated and trained as an Asset Management Planning Professional. He brought this experience home to Charleston where he led the development and deployment of one of South Carolina’s large utilities’ Asset Management Programs.
