Benchmark Litigation has been conducting research on litigators, firms, and cases since 2008. “Litigation Stars” are selected after a six-month research period where Benchmark Litigation researchers examine recent casework handled by attorneys, interview clients, and ask individual litigators to offer their professional opinions on peers.

With over 25 years of legal experience, Gray T.
