October 25, 2021

Hartness is pleased to announce that the urban village has been recognized by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina with three 2021 Pinnacle Awards. Hartness received awards for Best Community, Best Overall Marketing Campaign and Best Social Media. One of the most prestigious awards honoring South Carolina home building professionals, The Pinnacle Awards recognize the craftmanship of the best home builders and remodelers in the Palmetto State.

“From our community design to our marketing efforts, Hartness truly stands out and we are honored to win in multiple categories,” said Sean Hartness, CEO of Hartness Development. “The village has been carefully planned and as we continue to grow and progress, you can expect the same superior quality and attention to detail across every aspect of the Hartness community.”

Hartness is a 449-acre mixed-use village offering residences and businesses connected by beautiful streets, pedestrian pathways, community gathering spaces and preserved open space. The community’s design adheres to the planning principles of New Urbanism and Town Planner Lew Oliver’s vision for Hartness was to return to the tenets of Traditional Neighborhood Development, whereby neighbors connect with each other through pedestrian connectivity, green spaces, and a mixed-use village center that offers entertainment and daily conveniences. The result of this vision and plan is a vibrant village and community lifestyle that inspired Hartness’ award-winning marketing and social media campaigns.
