Historic property in Robert Mills District sold by Colliers International

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the owner in the sale of the building located at 1715 Pickens Street. The property was purchased by Elam Financial Group.

“The Robert Mills district contains true historic gems that are seeing vibrant activity. We were able to find a buyer who appreciated this landmark’s notable character, primary location and exceptional parking,” said Teaster.

“This property was previously home to Barton Law Firm, who operated there successfully for over 30 years by Barbara (B.B.) Barton. That tradition continues, as it will now house another successful business that has also operated successfully for many years in the same district,” said Teaster.

Teaster is a Senior Brokerage Associate and member of the Colliers office brokerage team, who specializes in serving and advising small business owners and non-profit organizations.
