Hurricane Helene Cleanup Hotline Open for Assistance

Residents impacted by Hurricane Helene can now call the Hurricane Helene Cleanup Hotline at (844) 965-1386 for help with cleanup efforts. The hotline is designed to connect those in need with volunteers from local relief organizations, community groups, and faith-based organizations. Services include muck out, tree removal, tarps, and debris removal.
The hotline is free, and volunteers provide the necessary tools and equipment to assist. However, due to the high volume of calls, service is not guaranteed. The hotline will remain open through Friday, October 25, 2024.
It’s important to note that the hotline cannot assist with social services such as food, clothing, shelter, insurance issues, or FEMA registration. Residents are encouraged to contact the appropriate agencies for those services.
