Ignite Digital Services named a Most Loved Workplace

Ignite Digital Services has, once again, been certified as a Most Loved Workplace®, an organizational culture achievement backed by the research and analysis of Best Practice Institute (BPI). For the second year, the digital transformation and systems integration company, with four offices nationwide, achieved this recognition as part of a validation process that comprehensively reviews workplace sentiment across industries.

This year, Ignite Digital implemented the Udemy Learning Management System, where team members can support their professional goals by taking courses and certifications relevant to their focus areas. Ignite Digital also launched an internal Certification Roadmap, which offers an evolving list of technical certifications for employees to use in goal setting and navigating career development. These and other internal initiatives helped Ignite Digital land a spot on Most Loved Workplaces® affinity lists for Career Advancement, LGBTQ+, Diversity, Parents & Caregivers, Women, Volunteering, and Young Professionals—a new program honor rolled out in 2024.
Ignite Digital achieved its Most Loved Workplace certification status based on its scores on the Love of Workplace Index, which surveyed employees on various elements of employee satisfaction and sentiment, including the level of respect, collaboration, support, and sense of belonging they feel inside the company.
Backed by BPI, Most Loved Workplaces surveyed more than 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East and Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia. They found that productivity rises as employee sentiment increases, with 94% of responders saying they did three to four times more work for a company they loved and 95% saying they stayed at companies they loved three to four times longer. Most Loved Workplaces certification is a highly regarded method for determining employee experience and recognizing a great workplace.
