Immedion promotes Tayler Brookshire to Site Operations Engineer in Columbia

Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of data center services including Cloud, colocation and managed services, announced the promotion of Tayler Brookshire to Site Operations Engineer in Columbia. In his new role, Tayler will be responsible for day-to-day customer provisioning, support, and overall operation of the Columbia data center.
Brookshire previously served as a Jr. Systems Administrator at North Greenville University where he obtained his bachelor of science degree. He joined Immedion as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician in the Asheville data center, where he exhibited exemplary customer service and technical expertise. As a NOC Technician, he monitored the data center environment and equipment, responded to customer alerts and concerns and provided technical support and ticket resolution for requests ranging from network connectivity to server optimization and file restoration. Tayler has CCENT and CCNA certifications and is currently pursuing a CCNP certification in routing and switching, RHCSA certification, and MCSA certification in server infrastructure.
