Industrial investment sale

Dunston Powell, CCIM and William Moore with Carolina Commercial, LLC represented the purchaser, Natwill, Ltd., in the industrial investment sale of 4931 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC. This $1.6mm transaction helped satisfy a 1031 exchange for the buyer. The seller was represented by Bob Caldwell of Caldwell Commercial.
