Insurance industry cluster iTs|SC to host panel discussion on vision and competitiveness

iTs|SC, Columbia’s insurance technology and services cluster, will bring together leaders from around the industry on Wednesday, Jan. 31 to answer the question, “What will it take to make Columbia the top place companies and employees want to be and have to be for insurance and technology?”

iTs|SC aims to grow the impact of Columbia’s robust and long-standing insurance industry through collaboration on economic development, innovation, workforce, and more. Attendees of this panel discussion will hear from top leaders on what is necessary to maximize Columbia’s competitiveness within the insurance industry, and how iTs|SC – with a new vision and refreshed focus – will lead these efforts.

The event will be part of EngenuitySC’s Competitiveness Week, a series of events focused around the organizations, people and ideas enhancing the Midlands’ long-term competitiveness, headlined by the release of the annual Midlands Regional Competitiveness on Jan. 29.
