Adams has been named Vice President of Human Resources, while Colovin takes on the role of Vice President of Experience, Insights, and Innovation. In their new roles, they will work with the executive leadership team to direct and oversee all aspects of strategic growth and operational excellence within the agency.

Crystal Adams: Vice President of Human Resources
Adams, a 14-year company veteran, began her career at Interim HealthCare as a staffing recruiter before moving into the role of Benefits Specialist. In 2015, she assumed the position of Human Resources Director, where she played a pivotal role in the significant growth of the company’s staff, which now employs over 700 field and office staff members. Adams has also been a key player in Interim HealthCare being named a South Carolina Top Workplace seven times. This recognition is particularly meaningful, as it is solely based on employee feedback and highlights Adams’ commitment to fostering a workplace where employees are engaged, motivated, and fulfilled.
In her new role as Vice President of Human Resources, Adams will continue to lead the HR team while focusing on new strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, implement comprehensive training programs, and recruit top talent. Her leadership will be instrumental as the company expands its services into new territories in the SC Lowcountry and Atlanta, Georgia, a move that promises exciting opportunities and growth. “My 14-year journey with Interim HealthCare has been immensely rewarding. Kiersten Colovin: Vice President of Experience, Insights, and Innovation
Kiersten Colovin has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations at Interim HealthCare. Additionally, she currently serves as the Chair of the SC Home Care and Hospice Association Board of Directors. Prior to her role at Interim, Colovin was the Director of Care Partnerships at the Care Coordination Institute. In her current position, she has been responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight for home health, hospice, and personal care services while leading operational expansion efforts throughout South Carolina. Her areas of expertise include operational and financial management, population health management, quality improvement, and team development.

Her responsibilities also include fostering a company-wide culture of innovation, effectively utilizing data insights with payors, and maximizing digital solutions to craft compelling patient stories that resonate with audiences.
