Associate Director
Position Summary: Under the limited supervision of the Executive Director, performs administrative and managerial duties involved in directing, planning, and organizing all support services including Day Services (Evergreen and Cypress Campuses), Case Management, Early Intervention, Home and Community Based Waiver services, Community Supports Waiver, Family Support Funds, Family Arranged Respite, State Funded Services and Behavior Support Services. Additionally, this role will in conjunction with the Executive Director direct the Agency’s public relations, internal communications, and external communications.
Education: Associate Director must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, have at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities or a related field, and have at least two years experience in management or a related field; or a High School Diploma, have at least five years of experience working with people with disabilities or a related field and have at least ten years experience in management or a related field.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily on weekdays.
