School of Pharmacy – Presbyterian College
Location: Clinton, South Carolina
Essential Duties:
Cultivate a professional environment for staff within the School of Pharmacy
Serves as the staff representative on the Executive Committee of the School of Pharmacy
Assists in the supervision of administrative staff
Develops strategies for the professional environment and staff development of the school
Manages human resources within the school, including Promotion and Tenure files
Works directly with the Dean to maintain a calendar for meetings, travel, and events
Works independently on special projects
Communicates and interacts effectively with visitors, staff, faculty, and students
Develops communication vehicles for the school
Resource depot for information used in reports developed by the school for accreditation
Provides general office management for the school
Answers telephones, greets public
Provides clerical support for the Dean and as needed for other faculty/staff
Coordinates with other campus offices to ensure pharmacy inclusion in publications, events, etc.
Updates and maintains organizational documents of the school at the direction of the Dean
Assist in the development of reports associated with the School’s accreditation process and the annual report as well as pertinent department reports
Plans and executes annual school-wide events

Hooding Ceremony and Commencement
Budget Manager:
Assists in the management of the budget as requested; assists the Dean in managing credit card receipts and statements; assists with student billing and financial aid
Assists with scholarship distribution and recognition
Manages School of Pharmacy building maintenance
Coordinates housekeeping services
Manages building security, including card reader access for students, employees, and guests
Manages room reservations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Organizational Skills
Good Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task
