Josh Kilcoyne has been promoted to Preconstruction Services Manager for Waldrop Mechanical Services. In this role, Kilcoyne leads the department that provides planning, project set-up, and ongoing estimating services to the company’s construction operations team.
Kilcoyne is a licensed mechanical contractor in South Carolina with nearly 20 years of experience. He has served in various project management, preconstruction and chief estimating roles for several local mechanical contracting companies. Kilcoyne is a graduate of the State University of New York.
