Kandy Horton and Renee Martin join Harmony Care Hospice

COLUMBIA, SC – April 28, 2008 – Harmony Care Hospice welcomes Kandy Horton, RN and Renee’ Martin as Community Relations Coordinators for the Midlands.
Ms. Horton, with 22 years in the nursing field, has previously worked in the home health and oncology disciplines.
Ms. Martin has more than 10 years experience in the public health field, and previously served as the executive director for the South Carolina Tobacco Collaborative.
Harmony Care Hospice believes hospice is not a place, but rather an ideal and philosophy of care for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones facing a difficult journey.
