KDS Commercial Properties adds Ligon

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Sam Ligon has joined the KDS Commercial Properties advisor team as an industrial broker specializing in both site and facility development with emphasis on the Upstate area of South Carolina.

A native of Greenville and graduate of Clemson University, he brings more than 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industry to KDS. In addition to his work career, Ligon has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity; served as construction chairman with the original Ben Hogan golf tournament which is now the BMW Charity Pro-Am tournament; was a fundraiser for Camp Courage and is emeritus director of the Greenville Clemson Club.

He also served in the U.S. Navy in both the Atlantic and Pacific fleets.
