Kozub, Harwell and Burch team up with Carolina One

CHARLESTON, SC – Carolina One Real Estate Services announced that three new agents have joined the company in three separate tri-county offices.

Susan Kozub has been a successful Realtor ® for more than 25 years. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Kozub moved to Edisto Island 4 years ago and has recently joined the real estate team at Carolina One’s Edisto Island office. A consistent mulita-million dollar producer, Kozub has specialized in new home construction sales in Pennsylvania for Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Christie’s Great Estates. A volunteer with Jane Edwards Elementary School and the Edisto Loggerhead Turtle Project, Susan also enjoys tennis, reading and travel.
Heather Harwell is a home grown Charlestonian who graduated from the College of Charleston. A Realtor® since 2005, Harwell is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and now associated with the Carolina One Mt. Pleasant Hwy. 17 North office. Prior to coming back into real estate, Harwell worked in Property Management on Kiawah Island and for Charleston Periodontics as a surgical assistant. A resident of Charleston, Harwell is married with one son and enjoys gardening, boating and yoga.
Thomas Burch is the newest Realtor® to join the Goose Creek Crowfield Blvd. office of Carolina One Real Estate. A former contractor, Burch has also been employed locally by SPAWAR and the Boeing Corporation. A resident of Charleston for the past 11 years, Burch is a native of Valejo, CA and resides in North Charleston with his wife and two sons.
