Landmark Completes Construction of Universal Furniture Showroom Renovation located in High Point, NC

COLUMBIA, SC – Landmark Builders recently completed a renovation to the Universal Furniture Showroom in High Point, NC. The existing structure was a combination of a one-story brick building constructed in 1890 and a three-level showroom constructed in 1987.
The renovations incorporated the architectural character of the original 1890 building. The interior atrium was updated to function as entertainment space for meetings and presentations. A partial demolition of the facade and part of the three-level building provides space for exterior dining in the covered courtyard. The renovation also created an open studio-style working area, additional showroom space on the main level, and private offices
