ORANGEBURG, SC – Bart J. Langlois, CCIM and Glenn S. Goodwin of Landmark Enterprises Brokerage Group, Inc. represented the Landlord, Blanton Land Development Corporation in the lease of a 100,000 sq.ft. Office/Warehouse located at 707 Prosperity Drive Orangeburg, SC to Husqvarna Professional Products.
The tenant was represented by Tom O’ Brien and Robert McGriff of Cresa Carolinas.
