Lee & Associates Charleston hires Matt Gaylord as Property Manager

The Charleston office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firms in the nation, announced the hiring of Matt Gaylord as Property Manager. Matt will serve as one of six Property Managers for the commercial properties managed by Lee throughout the Tri-County area. He brings to the team eight years of property management experience focusing on multi-family residential properties and moving on to Homeowners Association and Regime management. He has managed apartments, condos, town homes, and multi-family buildings throughout the tri-county area—so Matt is no stranger to providing Class A property management services.
