Lexington One teachers receive Michelin Golden Apple grants for special projects
September 19, 2014The most recent recipients include: Carolina Springs Middle’s Nichole Criminger and Sarah Hodson for “Blending It All Together,” Deerfield Elementary’s Michelle Kyzer for “Magazines Make Meaningful Connections,” Deerfield Elementary’s Elizabeth Tester for “Fostering Supportive Relationships,” Lexington Elementary’s Rebecca Spires for “Amazing Glaze,” Meadow Glen Elementary’s Amanda Flenniken and Amanda Young for “Scribble Scrabble,” Pelion High’s Robert Zeigler for “Button Business,” Red Bank Elementary’s Amber Laurita for “Bee Bots,” Red Bank Elementary’s John Paul Sellars for “Make Your Mark,” River Bluff High’s Meg Huggins for “Center for Law and Global Policy,” and White Knoll Middle’s Tiffany Shull for “Having Fun While Learning Math.”
