Christian Depret-Bixio has affiliated with Good Life Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor in the state of Pennsylvania and has joined Modern Family Asset Management here in South Carolina. Christian brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Christian holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations with LPL Financial and is also both a Certified Financial Planner CFP® and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor ®.
Christian chose to affiliate with Good Life Advisors and LPL Financial because of the opportunity to get access to state of the art tools that LPL and Good Life have to offer.
After spending more than 15 years in the financial services industry assisting individuals and their families I look forward to offering even stronger personalized investment advice and service with the help of LPL financial and Good Life Advisors. Christian began his career in the financial services industry in 2000 working for DLJ Direct at the time the technology boom was about to collapse. In 2002 Christian joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in 2014 Wells Fargo Advisors to work on the bank side for a couple of years. Christian is helping his clients anticipating life events and making sure they understand the pros and cons of their decisions and ultimately be financially prepared. His unique perspective is to be totally client focused and always keep in mind the idea that a straight line is almost never the shortest distance between two points. Christian is now transitioning his business to Modern Family Asset Management to have the freedom to bring a more empathetic and personal touch to his clients. Advisors John Stackhouse and Fred Quattlebaum are excited to have Christian a part of their growing firm.
Christian was born in France and raised in Paris where he received the equivalent of a Master in Business Administration from the Sorbonne University. He married a girl from Charleston, SC and has two daughters. He moved to the US in 1995.
Christian is an avid sailor and has several passions such as cooking, photography, music and traveling. Christian is also active in the community and is currently the President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Carolinas.
