This survey and awards program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. Now in its eleventh year, it continues to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina; particularly those who benefit the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
Each nominated company was evaluated based on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, as well as surveys that measure the employee experience.
