Local real estate agent named Best in Columbia two years in a row

September 12, 2019

Jeff Lawler, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker’s Northeast office, was recently voted Best Real Estate Agent in Columbia by readers of the Free Times for the second year in a row.

The Post and Courier’s Free Times is a weekly publication covering news, politics, arts and entertainment. Their Best of Columbia is an annual list of readers’ top picks based on votes.

“Jeff Lawler has been at the top of the Real Estate list for a while now, and that’s because he has the experience to take potentially a terrifying process — buying or selling a home — and make it as painless as possible,” said a writer for the Free Times.

“I have had the honor of working with Jeff, and I am proud to have him as part of my Coldwell Banker team,” said Rebecca Hanlon, a broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Carolinas. “He is always professional and diligent in his duties towards his clients, and he is very deserving of this award.”

A native of Columbia, Lawler is a graduate of Spring Valley High School and the College of Charleston. He currently serves as president-elect for American Advertising Federation of the Midlands and also serves on Historic Columbia’s advisory board.

Lawler was honored as one of Columbia Regional Business Report’s inaugural Icons and Phenoms in 2019. He is a graduate of Leadership Columbia’s 2012 class and the inaugural Do Good Columbia 2017 class.
