LS3P names Richard Gowe Charleston office leader

LS3P announced that Vice President | Principal Richard Gowe, AIA, LEED AP, assumed the role of Charleston Office Leader on January 8, 2020. Gowe, who joined the firm in 1983 and previously served as Studio Leader and Commercial Projects Sector Leader, will oversee practice and operations in the Charleston area.

Gowe earned a Bachelor of Science in Design from Clemson University and a Master of Architecture from Rice University, and brings extensive experience in the office, hospitality, transportation, retail, educational, mixed use, civic, and residential market rate and affordable housing markets. A few of his notable projects in the Charleston area include Skygarden Apartments, French Quarter Inn, Hayne Street Inn, Caw Caw Interpretive Center, Hoffler Place at 595 King Street, The Victoria Center at 205 King Street, apartments at 511 Meeting Street, SCRA’s office building, and Cane Bay Middle School.
