LushAcres Fall Festival Seeks Vendors for October Events

LushAcres Farm in Clinton, SC, is gearing up for its highly anticipated Fall Festival, held every Saturday in October from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The farm is inviting professional artists, weekend crafters, and food trucks to join the event, offering a prime opportunity to showcase and sell their unique creations.

Vendor spaces are still available, and registration is currently open on the LushAcres website. The festival, known for attracting a crowd of 500-600 visitors each Saturday, promises a lively atmosphere filled with art, crafts, delicious food, and family-friendly activities.

Vendor Opportunities

• Artisans and Crafters: A non-refundable fee of $25 provides a 10’x10′ space for those selling handmade products. Vendors must bring their own display setup, including tents, tables, and chairs, as no electricity will be provided.
• Commercial Businesses: For $75, businesses reselling products or services can secure a space to reach the festival audience. Like artisan vendors, commercial vendors must supply their own setup materials.
• Food Trucks: Food vendors can participate with a non-refundable fee of $100, which covers all four Saturdays. LushAcres offers exclusivity to food vendors, ensuring they won’t face direct competition with similar offerings at the festival.

All vendor applications and fees are due by September 15th. Vendors will be notified upon approval and will receive an invoice, which must be paid in full before setting up their space. Setup times are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and vehicles must be removed from the event area by 9:45 a.m. before the festival opens to the public.
