Magnus Development completes 210,600-square-foot speculative industrial building near Scout Motors

Magnus Development Partners announced its latest speculative construction project in Central South Carolina, Access 77, is complete. The 210,600-square-foot speculative industrial facility—aptly named for its proximity to Interstate 77—is adjacent to the Scout Motors facility currently under construction in Richland County. The new state-of-the-art building is located in the 340-acre, county-owned Northpoint Industrial Park, which is also home to Coca-Cola, Constantia, Koyo, and Spirax Sarco, among others.

The state-of-the-art, tilt-up building’s flexible design allows for single- or multi-tenant configurations and can serve a wide range of industrial tenants. The building’s features include a 32-foot minimum clear height, 54’ x 50’ of bay spacing with a 60-foot speed bay, a 130-foot-deep truck court, motion-detected LED lighting, trailer parking, 13 dock doors (9’x10’), expandable to 48 dock doors, with dock equipment, and two drive-in doors (12’x14’).
