Marshall Hoefer joins Colliers International
November 3, 2014COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Marshall Hoefer has joined the firm as a Senior Brokerage Associate. Hoefer, a 33-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry in the Midlands, has extensive experience in the brokerage of retail, industrial, land and office properties. He will be associated with the Columbia office’s Commercial Brokerage and Land Team.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Hoefer spent eight years in the banking industry. He is a graduate of Clemson University and he earned his MBA from the University of South Carolina. He is a former member of the City of Columbia Planning Commission, the Central Midlands Council of Governments Board and the Columbia Sertoma Club. He previously served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, receiving an Honorable Discharge as a Captain.
