Midlands Mediation Center announces Power Mondays – Peace Talks

The Midlands Mediation Center, a non-profit organization serving central South Carolina since 1998 specializing in conflict resolution, mediation and development of communication skills, announces Power Mondays – Peace Talks, a series of sessions designed to develop healthy communication skills beginning in May at two library locations.

These free sessions are open to the public.  Participants will learn and practice to communicate more peacefully and effectively at home, work or school.  Each month the facilitator will provide a short learning segment on a different topic that will be followed by interactive practice activities.

 All sessions are on Mondays, from 6:00 pm -7:30 pm.

The series taking place at Richland Library North Main, 5306 N Main Street, Columbia, SC, 29203, are on May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, and September 9.

The series taking place at Cayce-West Columbia Branch Library, 1500 Augusta Road, West Columbia, SC, 29169, are on May 20, June 17, July 22, August 19, and September 16.
