Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island hires new member services associate

Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island (HHIMLS) announces the hiring of Yanetsy Douglas as its new member services associate. Douglas will be assisting HHIMLS’ current and new members by keeping them up-to-date with the most current information in the real estate industry. She will also handle fulfilling requests and maintaining member databases.
HHIMLS facilitates $3 billion in real estate transactions annually. It helps the home buying and selling process by keeping inventory, real-time statistics, and tracking trends. It also uses the most advanced platforms to make the process smooth and simple, for both buyers and sellers. HHIMLS also conducts member recruiting, provides member training, and oversees a fully web-based core database, as well as a variety of other services agents need to be successful.
Douglas was previously employed as Lifestyle Services Manager at Sun City Hilton Head, an adult community located in the Okatie area of South Carolina. She brings years of customer service experience as well as relevant software implementation skills. Having earned her associate degree in paralegal studies at the Technical College of the Lowcountry, she is no stranger to working closely and efficiently with a variety of customers.

After frequent vacations to Hilton Head Island from their home in Brooklyn, N.Y., Douglas’ family decided to move to Bluffton in 2007.
