NAI Avant announces statewide Top Producers and President’s Award Recipient for 2015

NAI Avant recently held its 2015 Awards Banquet to recognize the outstanding achievements of its top brokerage producers in the Columbia and Charleston markets.
Tom Milliken was awarded Top Sales Producer for the Columbia Office and Top Overall Producer for the entire company. Tom and his son, Tombo, were also recipients of an exceptional award for completing the largest and most complex transaction in NAI Avant’s 50 year company history.
Dexter Rumsey was awarded the Top Overall Producer for the Charleston office. Top Leasing Agent in the Columbia office was awarded to Roger Winn. “Tom, Dexter and Roger are invaluable members of our brokerage team,” said Bruce Harper, President and Broker- In-Charge for the Columbia office. “Year after year, they set the standard for exceptional real estate services around the state. They are an integral part of our success, as we continue to lead the commercial real estate market in South Carolina.” These top performers were joined by an overall strong performance from our entire team of brokerage professionals. We were pleased to recognize eight of our brokers as “Gold” producers, two as “Silver”, and two as “Bronze.”
Additionally, Traci Tasca, NAI Avant’s Chief Financial Officer, was chosen to receive the firm’s 2015 President’s Award in recognition of her dedication to the firm and commitment to excellence in serving our valued clients.
