NAI Avant arranges Bluff Road industrial lease

NAI Avant announced, “Best One Tire”, a Subsidiary of S&S Firestone, Inc will lease 1612 Bluff Road, a 15,000 square foot free standing industrial building beginning February 1, 2018. The building, situated on one acre on the highly traveled Bluff Road corridor in Columbia, includes 1,500 square feet of showroom/office space. “Best One Tire” will be relocating from 2708 Shop Road in Columbia, where it has operated for the past eight years.
