NAI Avant arranges multiple office leases at Synergy Business Park

NAI Avant Senior Brokers Jeff Hein, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR represented The RMR Group in two separate transactions at Synergy Business Park.
Hein and Winn facilitated a new lease at the Aiken Building in Synergy Business Park with The State of South Carolina – State Ethics Commissions. The State will occupy ±7,919 square feet of space in the three-story suburban office building located at 201 Executive Center Drive in Columbia.
Also, representing The RMR Group, Hein and Winn completed a new lease at the Enoree Building in Synergy Business Park with South Carolina Medical Malpractice Patients’ Compensation Fund. Here, the State will occupy ±2,063 square feet of space in the building located at 111 Executive Center Drive, bringing the building’s occupancy to 96%.
Synergy Business Park is Columbia’s largest suburban office park, with 541,000 square feet of premier office space. The park is strategically located near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Interstate 26; providing convenient access to the Central Business District, Columbia Metropolitan Airport and numerous residential areas. The park boasts excellent accessibility off Bush River Road and visibility from the interstate.
