NAI Avant broker Scott Peevy awarded prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation

CHARLESTON, SC – NAI Avant is pleased to announce that broker Scott Peevy, CCIM, recently earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The designation, given by the CCIM Institute, signifies a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Peevy is one of six NAI Avant professionals to hold the respected CCIM designation.
Since 1969, the Chicago-based CCIM Institute has conferred the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation to commercial real estate and allied professionals through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements. Currently, there are more than 9,000 CCIMs in 1,000 markets throughout the United States, Canada, and 30 additional countries.
