NAI Avant senior broker Bobby Hathaway recently represented the seller, Blythewood Capital LLC, in the sale of ±58.61 acres of land located at 1500 Blythewood Road in Blythewood, SC. The property sold for $500,000 and is situated conveniently to US 321-Fairfield Road and I-77.
The purchaser in the transaction is Bryon Dinkins.
