NAI Avant closes downtown office building sale for local public relations agency

NAI Avant announced the sale of 1817 Gadsden Street, an office building located in the heart of downtown Columbia, SC. Senior brokers Paul Hartley, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR represented the seller, Richland Tuberculosis Association, in the transaction. Flock and Rally, LLC purchased the property for $275,000.
Flock and Rally is a boutique, women-owned public relations, marketing, branding, social media and event planning agency based in Columbia. A hyper-local firm, Flock and Rally collaborates with clients to create and implement social media-rich, resource-laden public relations and marketing strategies.
Flock and Rally will relocate from 701 Whaley Street to 1817 Gadsden Street.
