NAI Avant Senior Brokers Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly recently represented O’Reilly Auto Parts in the acquisition of two sites for new stores. They purchased 1.86 acres on Bluffton Parkway in Bluffton, SC and 0.86 acres on Augusta Road in Piedmont, SC.
