NAI Avant senior broker Tom and Tombo Milliken closed a ±152 acre farmland sale located on Manville/St. Charles Highway near Bishopville, SC. The Millikens represented the seller, Harvey Harrelson, in the transaction. William McElveen purchased the property for $295,000.
