NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of a ±39,500 square foot (SF) industrial building at 293 Industrial Drive in Lexington, SC.
Represented by senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR and broker Lee Bussell, ROHO, LLC sold the warehouse to ACC Properties for $1,700,000.
