NAI Avant senior brokers Cam Kreps, Paul Hartley, SIOR, and Roger Winn, SIOR recently facilitated the ±1.865 acre land sale located at 1511 Huger Street in Columbia. The property is situated at the corner of Huger Street and Hampton Street, a major artery in and out of downtown Columbia. Kreps, Hartley, and Winn represented the seller, Huger Street II LLC. The land was purchased by Tomlin & Company Inc.
