COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant recently procured the lease of ±5,000 SF in 3229 Sunset Boulevard. The space will be occupied by NHC HomeCare, Midlands as their local administrative office. NHC HomeCare, Midlands, will coordinate in-home skilled healthcare services in Lexington, Richland, Calhoun, Fairfield, Kershaw, and Sumter counties from this office.
