NAI Avant’s Director of Retail Services Patrick Palmer, CCIM, and broker John Metts, recently represented the seller in the transaction at 2515 Broad River Road in Columbia, SC. The ±6,248 square foot building, located just off I-20, is the former Hawley’s Bicycle shop. The property sold for $360,500.
