COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior brokers Tombo and Tom Milliken procured the sale of ±37.85 acres of land at 428 Hiller Road near the Town of Chapin, SC. The property was sold to Great Southern Homes, Inc. for $548,245. The planned development will be called Hidden Cove and will boast 70 single family lots, 2 estate lots and 1 lake lot. The first phase will be available in the summer of 2016.
