NAI Avant senior broker Paul Hartley, SIOR recently represented the tenant, SC Youth Advocate Program (SCYAP), Inc. in the expansion and long-term lease extension for their corporate office located in The Atrium office building at 140 Stoneridge Drive in Columbia, SC. The landlord in the transaction is Atrium Columbia, LLC.
SCYAP is South Carolina’s premier provider of foster care and community-based services. They are a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 child-placing and family-serving organization.
