NAI Avant senior brokers Roger Winn, SIOR, and Jeff Hein, SIOR, with assistance from broker Paul Paschal, recently represented the landlord, Swordfish Investments, LLC, in the lease transaction of ±4,410 square feet (SF) of office space located at 1927 Thurmond Mall Boulevard in Downtown Columbia.
The ±19,637 SF single story building has proven to be ideal for tenants desiring a downtown location because of abundant surface parking and walking distance to the Columbia Central Business District and the Congaree Vista.
The tenant in the transaction is Carolina Office Systems, Inc., a large consulting firm based in the Carolinas specializing in workflow optimization.
