NAI Avant facilitates First Citizens Center office lease

NAI Avant announced ±7,985 square feet of Class A office space at 1230 Main Street Suite 301 in downtown Columbia, SC has been leased by Hendrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP. Known as the First Citizens Center, the ±170,000 square foot, nine story office building was built in 2006 and is centrally located in the heart of Columbia’s Central Business District.

Senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR and broker Peyton Bryant represented the landlord of the building, First Citizens.
