NAI Avant facilitates ±40,000 square foot Class A office building closing for Frost Partners

NAI Avant senior broker Rob Lapin, and NAI Avant Vice President of Property and Project Management Rick Owen, consulted with Frost Partners on the purchase of the Aetna Building located at 221 Dawson Road. The ±40,000 square foot (SF) Class A office building is currently 100% occupied. The building sits on ±7.00 acres and contains 320 parking spots. The property leasing will be handled by Rob Lapin and property management by NAI Avant Property Manager Jason Painter.
This purchase marks the third commercial building acquired by Frost Partners in the Carolinas. Their current holdings include ±25,425 SF Sparkleberry Crossing Neighborhood Retail Center, located at 111 Sparkleberry Crossing Road in Columbia, and “The Charlotte Cotton Mills” in Downtown Charlotte, NC. The ±31,000 SF multi-tenant office building is located at 508 W. 5th Street.
