COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior broker Cam Kreps recently facilitated the ±9,300 SF sale of the historic Parker Annex building, located on the Bull Street campus. The building will be renovated by the purchaser, who will occupy the 2nd floor. The first floor will be available for lease.
The 104 year old Parker Annex building is part of the redevelopment and revival of Bull Street. The 165-acre Bull Street redevelopment project, named BullStreet Common, aims to become the newest hot spot of Columbia, providing entertainment and restaurants side by side with housing and office space.
