NAI Avant procures ±7,200 square foot office building sale

NAI Avant senior brokers Paul Hartley, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR, with assistance from broker Paul Paschal, recently represented the buyer, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS), in the acquisition of 138 Westpark Blvd. in Columbia, SC. The ±7,200 square foot office building will be the new headquarters for CMLS. The decision to relocate from its current downtown office, estimated to be on or around July 2017, will afford a more central location for its members and staff, much needed room for growth, as well as ample room to conduct training and hold large meetings.
CMLS is a member-owned organization that has been facilitating the listing and sale of real estate in the Midlands area of South Carolina for more than 35 years. Their primary function is to support their 400+ member companies and 2,500+ affiliated agents.
CMLS purchased the building from 1220 Pulaski, Inc for $864,000.
