NAI Avant announced the recent lease of 3,200 square feet (SF) of retail space at 1221 Chapin Road, known as Chapin Crossing Shopping Center. Represented by senior broker Rob Lapin, Palmetto Health will occupy the space. The landlord in the transaction is Chapin & Lexington, LLC.
Chapin Crossing Center is a grocery anchored shopping center with a balanced mix of retail, restaurant and service users. Palmetto Health joins anchor tenants Publix Super Market and Anytime Fitness.
