NAI Avant was recently awarded Top Leasing Firm and Top Sales Firm in the Columbia, SC market for Costar’s 2017 Power Broker Awards.
Every year CoStar Power Broker Awards celebrates the top commercial real estate firms and brokers in the United States and Canada. CoStar’s team of researchers finds and verifies information on commercial real estate sales, leases and listings. At the end of the year, CoStar tallies the commercial real estate sales and lease transactions that closed during the previous year to determine the winners of the CoStar Power Broker Awards in each market.
